EVOLUTION
“Bringing Respect…..to the Trade”
Entrepreneurs from Generation X are enlightened with elevated view of the life. Having seen their parents go through challenging times, everyone wants to contribute something back to the society, tangible or intangible. Ron Pak and Chetana Pak are no exception.
Ron and Chetana saw discipline of their parents’ hard work, working long hours to raise large family in very difficult and tiring conditions but never compromising on integrity and good values. The family values of discipline, respect, hard work and vision instilled a sense of “To Do Something Great” in young Chetana and Ron.
Ron completed Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Engineering [Major: Electrical Engineering –Telecommunications]; Monash University – Clayton. Year: 1990-1996, while Chetana achieved doctorate in Applied Chemistry from RMIT University, Melbourne. Year 1991-1998.
After completing his degree, Ron went on to start his own internet service provider company. As a pioneer in the internet industry, with vision and hard work, company grew from a few clients and a few dial up lines to more than 10,000 clients. Chetana joined Ron, after completing her PhD. Company did very well and was sold out in 2011.
In 2015: Ron and Chetana took over an ailing Supermarket, and has since revamp the store, giving birth to Farm Fresh World. A world of fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the farm.
Chetana had a vision to create a destination supermarket with a family friendly shopping environment. Ron put his IT profession aside to support Chetana with her new endeavours.
VISION
It’s a supermarket for fruits & vegetables and for European groceries & Deli.
It’s here, Ron and Chetana decided that they would bring in respect to the trade of green grocer, a quantum change in attitude; attitude towards customers, suppliers, staff, product profile; the entire presentation is warm, & positive and joyful where customers can spend quality time while shopping.
This ‘all inclusive’ business philosophy is the vision of Ron and Chetana.

We are nestled amongst a unique location, so close to the city (within 25k) in the heart of Heatherton, and is surrounded by the tranquility of farms that supply our store with fresh vegetables daily. A "Farmers Market", best describe who we are. We have ample car parks right at the door step. A family friendly shopping environment. We are situated at: 218 Old Dandenong Road, Heatherton VIC 3202.
