Eating fresh fruits and vegetables has always been crucial for a healthy body and mind. With the onset of newer dieseases and viruses, maintaining a healthy body is vital for building and maintaining a strong immune system. Fruits and vegetables contain a good source of vitamins and minerals and a great source of dietary fibre. Through out history, medicines were derived from naturally occuring products, as oppose to synthentically developing in labs. Eating Fruits and Vegetables prevents digestive problems, reduces the risk of bow cancer, inflamation, diabetes and other chronic dieseases. So.... eat more fruits and vegetables.
Our fruits and vegetables are source from surrounding farms, local and national farmers; and occasionally when they're out off local seasons and local produce are not available, they're imported from overseas.
The most popular fruits are tomatoes, bananas, watermelon and apples.
Spinach, Brocoli, Carrots, Kale, Brussel Sprouts and Peas are crowned amongst most healthiest vegetables because of it's nutrient profile.

GROWERS
Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, silverbeet, spring onions, herbs and chillies are from surrounding farms.

FRUITS
We have seasonal fruits all year round.
However,for specialty seasons, whether you need grapes for wine and spirit or Tomatoes for sauces, we have them at Farm Fresh World during the course of the seasons.
Oenology the science of wine making. The best wine starts with the best grapes. Growing grapes for wine is an art. Different grape varieties for different wines. Harvesting early, mid or late season will produce different types of wine.
Generally we supply grapes for wines from early May to July each year. A tradiition that has been for many years.
We stock different grapes of varying sugar contents to suit different wine.


Sauce making has bonded families for generations. It is an art that is passed down from generation to generation. Contrary to modern belief, tomato sauce originated from Mexico and was introduced to Europe by the Spaniards. It is central to Italian cuisines. Although, it can be made from any variety of tomatoes, roma tomatoes is preferred because of its meaty texure with little to no seedss. Roma tomatoes does not require peeling or blending, and is less acidic (soury taste).

Berries are amongst the healthiest foods you can eat, they're low in calories, high in fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants; help to reduce blood pressure, cholestrol,risk of cancer; and increase bone strength.
Some of our most common berries are:- Bananas: Huh!!!??? we are not getting into why Tomatoes are fruits, Bananas are berries and Cherry is not a berry. They are all fruits!
